I ordered food from zomato on **th december. But when i recieved the food it was all spilled and rotten.I immediately called the restaurant and asked them to replace the food but they didn’t.I texted zomato support and told them about the incident .and another day they told me that we have initiated the refund but today is **th december i have not received my refund money and they are showing that refund is completed.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
