On *st Jan **** my bus was cancelled by bis operators. After that I called bus operator and he told me refund was initiated from there side and told me to contact yatra ( platform where I booked my bus ticket)after that I mailed to yatra on * Jan and they responded to my mails but I haven't received any refund from their side.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
