Ajio - Refund not received

I ordered a red salwar suit worth of **** rupees. I didn't like the fabric so I made a request in app for return. I got a message also that pick is scheduled on this date but then I saw * times pick up failure message where the pick up could not be done. I was not at the location but to my home town so I thought pick up was not done n the package is still with my security personnel but then one day my security called n told the package was indeed taken by ajio person, he showed in mobile the dress which needs to be returned n also the flat number. Then a raised a complaint to ajio customer care but they are saying their logistics did not receive any package. I logged complaints * times but everytime same response. I did not have the product as well as the refund.
