Yesterday i booked rapido auto, and paid online but the captain have cancelled my ride * times and kept me waiting for * hr, also I have not received my refund yet, i am very much disappointed, was asking for help but none of the captain ready to help.

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
