I’ve been writing mails to urbanic support they are replying to it but there is no action taken. I’ve not received my refund even after the products were picked up from me.
I want my refund, they say that the bank details were incorrect , whereas they told they’ll send a new bank form to fill the details again with ** hours, but I haven’t received any form nor the refund from past * days now. Please solve my issue.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
