Urbanic India - Return item not picked up

I had purchased * products which I wanted to return due to some fitting issues
It’s been more than * days since I have placed for return but still there is no response from them
On app it’s showing awaiting return but still no attempt is made from them despite my several reminders. Also when I am mailing on support @urbanic they are closing my request without giving any resolution. First they approve my return then I get mail that they have cancelled my return request. I again place it then after few days they again cancel. Customer care chat support closes the request without resolution.
Pls look into the matter and resolve.
