Hello urbanic this is Rinzing Ongmu bhutia
I order * product from urbanic app and I received too
Because of the quality and size issue I had to return that products but the only one pickup was done bearing AWB ************** (I got refund of this)with that products my other products bearing AWB ************** also picked and refund not done
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
