Urbanic India - Misbehaviour of courier guy

Since I wasn't at town and there was nobody else who could receive my parcel so I very politely asked the courier guy to cancel my order. And that particular moment he started bashing me, disrespecting me. He wanted me to recieve the parcel and do whatever I wanted afterwards but I denied to take. So he went on saying whatsoever came to his mouth. And I was completely shocked a courier guy showing all such tantrums
