I returned my package as it didn't fit me. Now they are not giving my refund. When I message them they keep on saying that a bank form will be given in *-* days. But they have told me this same dialogue multiple times and multiple *-* days have passed. Now to my last message they are not even responding.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
