bewakoof.com - refund not received

i had ordered a puffer jacket from bewakoof. and i recieved it on *th of January but it's quality was so bad that I had to return it back i had done cash on delivery. I returned my package and the refund was initiated on *th of January **** and i was told thag it will take around *-* days for the amount to get refunded on my account but it was already two weeks and still didn't recieve any refund from them so i contacted with them via their chat support system they told me we will escalate your issue on **rd January they reached out to me saying my bank details that i added were wrong where as i added the correct exact details of my account no. then they asked me to add my account details again which i did then they again asked me to wait for a week i did they told me it will be credited by ** January still no refund and then they said amount will reflect by **th January still i did not recieved it today and i reached out to them again and they said i have to wait for one more week and they are not resolving my issue they are only making a fool out if me since past one month
