Colive - Refund not received

I stayed in colive for a time period of * and half months. Then due to Change of work place, I had to shift. Then many people mentioned colive won't return the refund, just take some of there things and leave, so that it will be compensated. But I didn't like to do that. Later I contacted the person to guide me for refund. He suggested to do some process in the app and then asked me to wait for ** days. I did it. But I didn't receive any refund. Then I tried to contact colive in various ways. No proper response. I raised tickets thrice which are not resolved even after * months. One of them was closed forcefully by them saying multiple tickets on same issue. I posted a review in colive app and then they asked to get in touch through a link. Everyone tries to escape. Some responds nicely. But asks * more month time. Then they started giving a new link which is zoom meeting. But no-one allows into the meeting room. Many such issues. I didn't record any of there calls, but I will if required in future. I have proof that I need to get refund.
