I had booked the ticket for Mumbai to Nagpur with an indigo flight through Yatra.com but due to operational reasons, indigo canceled the flight they said they have sent my refund to yatra.com after that I claimed for a refund from my bookings on Yatra.com too and this is Ticket Reference number *************. And for the ticket booking I made the payment through credit card but today is more than * week that I claimed for a refund through yatra.com but still I haven't received my refund. When will I get my refund??
Please help me as soon as possible.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
