Yatra is not refunding my cancellation amount. I cancellation my indigo flight and was supposed to get refund but they’re sending fake emails of refund but not processing it. It is confirmed by indigo that they have already processed the refund on their end. I have raised several complaints but nothing has been done yet.
Please help.
