Jiomart - Refund not received

I order a handset of ***** on **march ****. On ** March order was came to be delivered but i denied to take it due to some personal reasons and cancel it. I talked with jiomart care for my refund he said you will get your refund within * working days. On **th March *days of refund get over. I call to jio Mart on **th March he raised my complaint for my refund and told that he will send my refund within ** hours but it also over i call him again he said that our team is working in your complain kundly give us more time and wait for ** hours again i wait for it and it also gone again i call him he said same thing I have marked your complain on priority basis our team solved your complain first plz allow us more ** hours i wait again it also gone i call again he repeated same thing till **th April and close my case with giving any resolution. On **th April he reased new complain for refund and told that I am taking last ** hours we will solve your problem and refund your money. But lied before and lie this time also time got over did not recieve any response. I call each and every day he say same thing to wait ** hours more one months gone but his ** hours not gone jiomart is cheating with me. He is not refunding my money.
