I have booked a ticket on * Feb **** and the date of the journey was *st march ****, after booking ** min I got a call ticket is not booked due to a technical problem and your amount will be refunded within *-* days. I also got mail regarding that but the reason of ticket cancellation was mentioned as fare expiration causes the ticket cancellation. Now its more than * months i have not got my refund back, i called the cutomer care more than *-* times every time they give excuse and say it will refund within *-* days. kindly resolve it
