Ref Number ********* while booking flight ticket from Mumbai to Doha (Air India AI ***) on ** Jan ****. *****/ Fair Money had deducted from my account but ticket not generated, while contacted with custemer care that assured your money will refunded within * to ** days. In spite of writting several e mails and regulerly follow up with custmer care NOTHING action has been taken.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
