Travol look - Booking was not confirmed post debiting money

Dear Team,
Travo look posted airfares *** rs less than other sites. So. I,booked and paid money ..then they mentioned it's processing then it changed to technical issue ,,post they told you'll get Money in * to ** working days.
It happened from their end not from my end. Why I have to wait.
Due to this i blocked my money and taken hand loan from my friend.
I think they using our liquidity for * days somewhere.
They are frauds..
Please help me
