Travol look - I have not received my refund

I had booked a flight ticket from travol look and I got a call from their customer service and they said they flight ticket has increased I had to pay extra amount otherwise it will be cancelled. I asked them to cancel and refund my money back. After that I browsed on internet and I got to know that it was fraud company which doesn't issue refunds on time. I was devastated totally. I am a student **** rupees will matter me a lot. And I had booked a ticket from varanasi to Hyderabad and its ref id. REF*********. I need that money immediately and I totally collapsed now
