Holiday India Online - Refund not received
Pushkar Jain filed complaint against Holiday India Online on Apr 6, 2021
On first week of February **** we planned a Hostel trip to Goa with the Co. Holiday India Tours & Travels based at Noida, we spoke with one of the sales executive named Sanjay who shared the full itinerary details with us.
We discussed the same and finalised the tour,
After all our email conversations & reading Companies policy of Refund & all everything we paid him an Token amount of Rs ****,on **th Jan **** & then paid as follows:

*) **,*** on **rd Jan ****
*) **,*** on **th Jan ****
*) **,*** on **th Jan ****
After making an full payment as per decided norms of (** peoples per Rs.****). He told us & gave all the payment confirmations on email as well as WhatsApp regarding full payment recieved.
After a couple of days other executive Arnav singh Rajput called up and gave the revised price of **** per person and asked to make the payment of Rs *,**,***, so we asked them to refund our amount.
He asked us to drop an email to Customercare iď care@holidayindia.online & informed us that our money will get refunded as per company policy that is maximum ** days,
After that from **th Jan **** till date only Rs **,*** has been given to us, whenever any calls are made to him regarding refund they reply by saying they aren't making any business and on the last call dated * March ****, they up-frontly said no refund would be made, all the above conversations are there in email & call recordings for proof.
