Holiday India Online - not received refund amount

we approached them for booking our trip to Munnar. And we paid Rs.*****/-for advance payment after that they didn't make any arrangement for the trip so we cancelled. after that I followed them for * and half year then got half of the payment , after that I couldn't find their website even. don't know where to approach to get my money back.
