Booked a itinerary for Gangtok package and paid **,*** in two instalments. Could not travel in month of May due to Covid restrictions and they said money would not be refunded but can be booked at a later date. I was okay with it but now they don't respond to messages and phone number is switched off.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
