Dear Nodal officer,
please help me recovering the money from the tour operator I'm delhi which has done fraud and misguided and now not refunded my money since I have cancelled the package within one hour of booking and till date I have not received the payement which is pathetic service and cancelled the licences of such tour operator who does such fruad with the customer.
