I have purchased apple iPhone XS from Nyasa palm beach store. I was sold a defective piece and when I asked for a refund. They are denying. It's just been ** days of purchase. Apple has a policy of ** days full refund. I don't want any replacement or repair. I just need my money back and inconvenience charges. The way store people handled me as a customer was not at all acceptable. Not acceptable from a brand like an apple. At least don't fake advertise. It was me who blindly trusted apple product and services and now I just got frustration in return. Both Nyasa store and apple customer are toggling me back and forth. I need a refund. That's all.
