Nykaa Man - REFUND NOT PROVIDED

Subject: Complaint against Nykaa for non-refund of ₹**** and deficient customer service

I purchased a product from Nykaa worth ₹****. I requested a return within the allowed return period, but Nykaa did not arrange a pickup and instead instructed me to return the product through self-courier.

Following their instructions, I sent the parcel through India Post at my own expense. However, the parcel could not be delivered because the return address provided by Nykaa was reported as "Insufficient Address" and the parcel is being returned to me.

Despite repeated calls and chats with Nykaa, my issue has not been resolved. I also filed a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline, but I have still not received my refund or any effective resolution.

I have suffered financial loss, courier expenses, and unnecessary mental harassment due to Nykaa's negligence and poor customer service.

I request the Hon'ble Consumer Commission to direct Nykaa to:

*.⁠ ⁠Reimburse my self-courier charges.
*.⁠ ⁠Pay compensation for the inconvenience, delay, and mental harassment caused.
*.⁠ ⁠Resolve the matter without any further delay.

I have attached all relevant documents, including the order details, return request, India Post receipt and tracking details, and communication with Nykaa.
