Swiggy - refund not provided

Ordered * pizzas from swiggy, all toppings were spilled and sticked to the box which happened during the delivery process and I had to throw it. I wrote to them but they did not provide me refund. yesterday, i ordered kind fries fiery hell dip and choco lava cake from Burger king through their app.But the food was tampered with, Burger kind always puts a tape on the box of fries but yesterday the box was wide happen as if it was tampered and also they sent me wrong items. They sent easy cheesy dip and medium fries. I've been in contact with them I wrote to them so many times to give me refund but they are not agreeing to it
