I ordered Food from Swiggy on */*/** Rs ****, order no: ************. When I was about to click payment option, it showed drop down Amazon right when I was about to click sodexo. I canceled order using their free cancel ticking button, as I wanted to reorder. And I received message I have been charged ***% money and won't get refund. I contacted support team immediately and they said it is their policy to deduct ***% money and also they will not continue the order. Even after *.* hours of chat, they didn't provide clear information what they are going to do with the order. Later they told to send email. When I email they are sending me messages saying I wasted their food and as per their policy they will not give back money or the order or food ! They don't even care to agree it is their application issue as well. And they charged me **** rs and told they will not do anything.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
