Present status- paid amount not refunded.
I tried to place an order from Ear Sure and I paid stated amount through Amazon Pay UPI on stated date. The payment was successful and the amount was deducted from my linked bank account but the order was not placed. I then contacted to Amazon Pay and they confirmed that transaction was successful. So I contacted to Eat Sure but I did not got any resolution yet.
So I want to lodge my grievance here regarding the same.
Expectations- Consumer wants the refund as soon as possible and compensation for mental stress and criminal breach of trust as per IPC *** as its been * months.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
