ASTITWA YADAV filed complaint against Make my trip on May 14, 2021
I have booked an inter nation airline ticket (United Airways) from New Delhi to Los Angeles, my PNR no-BN*X*J and date of travel was **-May-****. Due to the announcement of travel ban wef *th -May-**** i was unable to travel and therefore requested Makemytrip to cancel my flight and requested for full refund. After several calls and emails and * days later i.e. on **th May**** i got confirmation mail from MMT that my ticket has been cancelled and i have to wait for my refund as it takes time for airline to refund the amt to MMT. I have been waiting since then but haven't received a single rupee. I have send repeated emails which are not been answered and today when i have got a chance to talk to their customer agent, i learned that they even didnt cancel my ticket. I was just told to wait **-** hrs and was repeatedly been told like this from past several days but no-one calls.
