My refund for trip from Bali to Delhi dated **rd May is still awaiting for refund.
Attaching the details below:
Have tried the reaching out MMT call centre but there is no response.
Have submitted online queries but still there is no response
Booking Id: NN*************
PNR:GW*HGK
Airline:Vietjet Air
BOOKING done through Make My Trip
It's been * months , still refund is awaited and dates of refund are getting postponed since then.
Call centre of MMT is not operational.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
