I am writing to you with regards to the following order details:

I am facing the following issue:
• As per our discussion, due to COVID-** situation, we had cancelled the booking through Yatra and received the confirmation on **th March that refund of Rs. **,*** will be processed (Refer attached Yatra Email-*.pdf)
• I had received direct email confirmation from Air Seychelles (airlines) on *st April that they have released the refund at their end and asked us to contact our travel agent (Refer attached Air Seychelles Email.pdf)
o For your information, following is the Refund Application (RA) Reference Number for the airlines

• I had sent email to Yatra on the same day for immediate release of refund (Refer attached Yatra Email-*.pdf)
• After that I sent them following reminders

Despite multiple reminders, we have not been able to receive refund as committed.
DGCA India:- Please take note of the same. We request Yatra/Airlines to issue refund on priority basis.
HM Singh- Minister of Civil aviation please ensure no Indian passenger shall suffer due to delay by travel agent/airline in refund.
