Online legal india - Refund not provided by Online Legal India despite failed case

I vishakha singh, engaged Online Legal India in [May, ****] to file a complaint against a travel agency. I paid them ₹**,*** for this service. Before accepting my payment, their representatives assured me that my case was very strong, that I had heavy evidence, and that I would get my money back from the travel agency.

After more than one year of delay, my case was dismissed by the court for “lack of evidence.” This shows that Online Legal India failed to review my documents and evidence properly before filing the case.

Now they are refusing any refund or accountability, claiming that “this was the judge’s decision” and that they “only provided a service.”
This is clear misrepresentation and deficiency in service under the Consumer Protection Act, ****.

This amounts to:

Deficiency in Service – Section *(**), Consumer Protection Act, ****

Unfair Trade Practice – Section *(**), Consumer Protection Act, ****

Misrepresentation & Cheating – Sections *** & ***, Indian Penal Code


I request:

I urge Voxya/Consumer Forum to take strict action against Online Legal India for false promises, misrepresentation, and poor service that caused financial and mental suffering.
