Anmol Sharma filed complaint against OYO Rooms on Dec 16, 2020
I made a booking on oyo at ** November and cancelled it and I got to see that I will get ***% refund till today I see that I will get refund of Rs.***. Today after ** working days I tried to reach out to them that why my refund is not given till now they say that refund is not applicable under their power booking policy and when I told them that throughout the cancellation process I saw that I will get full refund and no mention of such policy or any message that I will no get refund and till now their site and app shows me that I will get full refund of Rs.*** they said that it might be a "technical glitch". Is it my problem that their site had a glitch and I cancelled my booking because I saw full refund and still I am seeing my refund in process of rs ***. They just want to eat money away.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
