I’m a student from Punjab and I booked a bus on EaseMyTrip from the same location on **th of July ****. We were ** passengers travelling to Chandigrah and had to catch a flight from there but we missed the bus because of the wrong information provided by them. When calling they assured us a refund of full amount but since then they have been dodging by saying today tomorrow. Please I request you to look into the matter as I am a student and in need of the money. Thank you
