Yatra.com - Refund not provide and not able to book flights using Credit shell

I have booked the round trip flight from chennai to goa through yatra on *th march. I called the airlines support and they already processed the refund from their side but yatra is holding the money and not releasing it.
I mailed them *** times regarding the issue but still not having proper response with resolution. It’s been more than * months but still yatra is not returning my money.
Booking and complaint raised through pareshsahoo.sahoo*@gmail.com mail id.
So requesting you to please refund my money.
