Yatra - Refund not processed

Regarding the PNR : OP*G*U // Booking Reference Number : ************.(Booked from Yatra.com)

Passengers : Amit Tiwari and Deepak Jha

Bangalore-Patna Flight Route

Issue :

I contacted Indigo Helpdesk on Thursday(**th August ****) and they said they have refunded the full amount of *****(ref PNR OP*G*U ) to the Travel Partner(i.e Yatra) . I tried to claim the refund from Yatra.com on **th August **** and it said a total of ***(*** per passenger) would be deducted.

If Airline has refunded the full amount why is Yatra deducting this Amount?

Moreover, the refund was processed on *th July **** as informed by the Indigo Customer desk , why is my refund amount still held with the Yatra.com.

The booking has been made under my friend Pooja Mandhana. Her contact Number is ********** and her email ID is mandhanapooja**@gmail.com.

I want the Full Amount to be refunded to the Original Mode of Payment.
