I had one way ticket from Kolkata to pune for ** Oct **** and had purchased ŕefundable programe and eligible for it after providing evidence for getting refund of flight which was canceled by me bcz serving in Army there was urgent need of me for my unit so I had to cancled ticket I had spoke with customer care and also provided evdince mentioned by them though after providing evdince in reply they are mentioning new pattern of evdince and nothing format has been provided by udachlo
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
