Yatra - Refund not processed

I booked round trip ticket for Delhi to Leh trip on **th Feb ****. My travel date is **th May and **th May ****. Due to lock down i rescheduled ticket on **th Aug **** and *th Sept **** accordingly. I multiple times raised compliant on yatra customer support portal. They every time closed my compliant without resolving or sharing any details regarding my compliant. Future ticket status is also not confirmed yet. Kindly refund my all then money
