Easemytrip.com - Refund not processed

Cancelled ticket with airline for full refund.
easemytrip said they cancelled but i did not get refund yet. They sais they cancelled but have not received the refund at all. Now they are not reverting back to my mails too. Same reply like we are checking is given but status is same from **th April. Itis really disturbing thst am not getting any revert and support from them eventhough am a customer.
I really dont know what else to do and this is my last resort to sort this out.
