I bought ** inch kodak smart led tv after sometime YouTube app stopped working and I requested Jeeves to fix it becuase of extended warranty amount that I paid. The technician came and upgraded the youtube but sign in is not working which was worked before. I told them to do a correct fix but they refused to do and keep saying we can't anything on this. I request them to process the refund but they're responding my queries as again sending technicians to fix hardware issues instead of software. Making me in to deep frustration without
