Hi Agoda Team,
Please refer to Booking ID mentioned in subject line.
The said booking was cancelled. However, Payment was collected by your acquirer and I have still not received refund yet. My banker has conformed that payment is successfully processed. Since booking is cancelled or not confirmed, you are requested to promptly refund back my money.
I am attaching proof of payment.
NOTE: IN CASE OF FAILURE TO REFUND BACK MONEY WITHIN ** HOURS, I WOULD BE FORCED TO PROCEED LEGALLY IN THIS MATTER.
