Exact information about the product is missing.
I have return the order but didn't received any refund.
I called them and asked for return. They confirmed me that they have received my products and need my bank details as they are not able to proceed my refund to source account.
I have provided those details but didn't get any response from them.
I have called them again for refund and they provided information that they are not able to send money to me.

*. As customer, I am feeling like that i have been cheated by Zivame in case of refund.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
