Dear Sir/Ma'am,
I ordered Moto G* plus from Amazon on **th Jan **** and I cancelled the order on the same day. Amazon refunded Rs *****.** for the order that I cancelled, to my Master Card (card number - **** **** **** ****) with refund reference number ****** on **rd Jan ****. But the refunded amount has still not appeared in my SBI bank account (Acc no.- ***********).
I have been trying contacting the customer care regarding the matter through ****-**-**** , ****-***-**** & +**-**-******** since last *-* days but it always failed.
The Authorization Code (Refund Reference Number) for the transaction is ******.
Please look into the matter and solve the issue as soon as possible.
