I cancelled AirAsia flight for * passengers. The refund was processed successfully by AirAsia airlines to MakeMyTrip on **th of March. But the refund has not been processed by MMT into my bank account (original payment method). There is no helpline number to connect with a MMT agent to check for the status. The app doesn't show any option to select cancelled passenger details to claim refund. It shows only other passengers and displays a message that the passenger has completed the journey.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
