Deepika Sarin filed complaint against Paytm on Mar 3, 2021
This is regarding flight cancelled during lockdown period. My total refund amount is **** INR as per my PNR which the airline claims is refunded to Paytm through which booking was done. Out of **** only **** INR (including Paytm fee for unnecessary reasons) have been accounted for. I have raised a complaint at Paytm but did not receive any resolution. It has been a month now.
