I ordered * books from ChapterOne bookstores in the first week of November **** but they delivered only one of them. When I asked them about the second book, they told me it would take *-* weeks to reach me. After * weeks, i.e., in December, I again contacted them when I didn't receive the book and they told me that it was out of stock (well, then why didn't they mention it on their site? Why did they even place the order for that book if it was out of stock?). I was asked to either place a new order or get a redund. So I asked for a refund. They told me I'd get it by the end of December. It's ** February **** now and I still haven't received my money back. They have been delaying it since December.
