I placed a prepaid order (Rs. ***) on September *, ****. Since it was a gift and the occasion had passed, I asked for a cancellation. However, their customer service is horrible and no one responded. Since then I've dropped multiple emails and messages on Instagram but have received no response. I have neither received the book nor have I received a refund.
