Waiting for a book from last year, I still didn't receive it and no response from their customer support. If they are not capable of running their business or doing a delivery, just refund the customers. That's basic business ethics if they are moral people. This is really frustrating to wait for a book for more than a year.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
