Chapterone Book Stores - Possible case of scam against me

I placed an order with ChapterOne Bookstores on **-**-****, for a copy of "Gone Girl". I paid the amount (Rs ***) instantaneously but till now (**-**-****) the book hasn't arrived. Nor do i know of the state of affairs or if i will even get my book. The orders page keeps showing "processing" and the cancel order button doesn't work. I have sent screenshots of the payment and desperately asked for more information on my order multiple tes on their instagr account but they haven't responded as yet. I think i have been scammed. I am still a student and i don't have too much money. I want the book or the money back as soon as possible.
