They sent an email stating that the refund will take ** business days. It’s been a month that they haven’t provided it. When I keep calling I get shouted on by their agents and they disconnect the calls on my face. Pathetic cx service. No empathy for what their customer is going through. All they do is make false promises.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
