Amazon - Refund not processed from amazon

I ordered sujata dome steel jar from amazon on **th july, bank shows debited entry in the attached statement herewith. Order got delivered on **th july, I requested return on the same day,. Amazon picked up the order and showed refund initiated on amazon app which would be reflected in bank account in * -* bussiness days. Till today i.e. there is no refund in my bank a/c. I have called amazon uncountable times they are saing its issue at bank' s end. I have called bank customer service and even visited bank several times, they are saying its a failed transaction at amazon's end which has gone back to amazon a/c so they need to reinitiate the refund. Amazon is not ready to solve the issue and are saing the money is refunded and the chapter is closed. Please get me my money back as it is hard money earned.
